    Madison County’s finest were recognized at the annual 4-H Recognition program Sunday, December 2.  

    Outstanding 4-H members are nominated by their 4-H advisor who feels they have a 4-H’er that goes even beyond being caring, hardworking, energetic and dedicated.   Their club member truly does everything that’s expected of them with a smile on their face. They are prime examples of what 4-H does for Youth in our County and are great representatives for the 4-H Program.   

    Whitney Stires, Speedy Spurs Livestock , was selected as this year's Sr. Outstanding Member.   

  3. 2018 Recognition Program - Advisors, Honor Clubs, Community Service Winners

    This year’s 2018 honor clubs were:   Beginners to Winners,  Born in a Barn,  Buckeye Rangers, Canaan Pathfinders, Clover Clippers, Dirty Boots & Shiny Belt Buckles, Exclusively Equine, Fairfield Rascals, Helping Hands Happy Hearts, Jumpers & Flyers, Mud Run Hustlers, Prairie Raiders, Speedy Spurs Livestock,  Town & Country Kids, and Yes We Can. 

  4. 2018 Friend of 4-H Announced

    A Friend is a person or business or group who help or support someone or something.  A Friend of 4-H would be someone who supports the 4-H Program.    This year's Friend of 4-H is Madi-Lon, Inc., an amazing group of individuals who generously donated to the Madison County 4-H summer camp program.  With the financial support provided, Madison County youth will be able to experience the outdoor adventures of 4h summer camp.   Madi-Lon, Inc. truly wants to see youth excel and believes that 4-H is a unique program that can foster passion and dreams   Madison-Lon, Inc.

  5. 2018 Honor Member - Bronze, Silver, Gold!

    The 4-H Honor Member award recognizes 4-H members, 8 in 3rd grade to age 18 for excelling in all four clover areas – Head, Heart, Hands and Health.  Points earned in each area determine their bronze, silver,or gold medallion award.
