4-H Project General Guidelines

Special Interest, Nutrition, and Clothing Judging Information 

• July 1, 2025, Della Selsor Building, 5:00 -8:00 pm
• All youth will select a judging time . Emails will be sent late June with details
• ACCOMODATIONS REQUEST: Fill out a Winning 4-H Plan for and send to the Extension Office to request accomodations for your child (extra time, read aloud, etc.)

SPECIAL INTEREST AUCTION

All youth exhibiting a special interest project have the option to auction off an item related to your special interest project! The form below must be turned in at the time of judging check in and has the additional rules listed.

Special Interest Auction Entry Form and Rules 2025

• When: Thursday, July 10, 2025 at 4:00pm (check in at 4:15 with item and get photo taken)
• Where: Della Selsor Building
• How: Turn in the Auction Entry Form at Project Judging 
• Entry Due July 1st by 8:00 pm
• Item must be 60% homemade, raised, or in some way created by the exhibitor and must be related to your project. You may only enter 1 item per exhibitor.
• NEW for 2025 Exhibitor Must Recive an A at Special Interest Project Judging or a 75% or higher on Skill-A-Thon
• Non-Livestock Sale Animals may enter in the Special Interest Auction, including Pet Rabbit, Small Animal, Aplaca, Equine, and Dog. 
• Exhibitors will still be permitted to sell in the Livestock Auction on Saturday with their Livestock projects.
